Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives across service lines and platforms. You will manage cross-functional projects, oversee solution design and implementation, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on operational excellence.

The position emphasizes governance, data integrity, and change management, with opportunities to influence client delivery and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading projects, managing business solutions, or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and deliver technology-enabled business initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Develop and manage project workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigations to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and alignment with business objectives and standards.
