Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead and deliver complex, technology-enabled business initiatives that support Ryan’s service lines and enterprise platforms. The role manages cross-functional projects, oversees solution design and implementation, and ensures high-quality delivery of client and internal solutions.

You will act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to drive operational excellence, innovation, and measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, computation, or information systems.
• 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach project teams to ensure high performance and alignment with Ryan’s values.
• Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate scoping, planning, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development activities and client presentations.
