Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead and deliver complex, technology-enabled business initiatives supporting Ryan’s service lines and enterprise platforms. You will manage cross-functional projects, oversee solution design and implementation, and ensure high-quality delivery for clients and internal solutions.

You will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to drive operational excellence, innovation, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading projects, managing business solutions, or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and act as strategic liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Develop and manage project workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development activities including proposal development and client presentations.
