Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead and deliver complex, technology-enabled initiatives across our service lines and platforms. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee design and implementation, and ensure high-quality delivery for clients and internal programs.

The role requires strong project management, executive communication, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years leading projects, managing business solutions, or delivering technology-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, technology-enabled initiatives.
• Oversee scoping, planning, execution, and delivery to align with business objectives.
• Develop and manage project workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholders’ expectations.
• Support business development activities and client presentations where applicable.
• Manage forecasting, billing oversight, and cost controls.
