Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, tech-enabled initiatives across service lines and platforms. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee solution design and delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.

You will serve as a strategic liaison between business and technical teams, driving operational excellence, innovation, and measurable value for the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading projects, managing business solutions, or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
