Job summary

UHY Advisors National Specialty Services is seeking a Tax Principal to lead our tax practice, guiding client engagements and strategic planning. You will oversee tax strategy, research, and senior team leadership, shaping innovative tax solutions that align with client objectives and regulatory changes.

In this role you will manage high-level client relationships, ensure quality control, and drive business development for expanded service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in tax leadership.
• 8+ years of progressive tax leadership in a CPA or professional services environment.
• Commitment to completing minimum CPE credits.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax strategy and engagement oversight, ensuring timely, accurate work and client satisfaction.
• Oversee tax return preparation, compliance, and quality control standards.
• Develop cutting-edge tax planning strategies leveraging industry insights.
