640 UHY Advisors Great Lakes, Inc. seeks a Tax Principal to lead the growth and excellence of the tax practice. You will guide strategic tax planning, manage high-level client relationships, and shape innovative tax strategies to elevate the firm’s standing in the market.

You will supervise a seasoned tax team, develop new service offerings, and drive business development while ensuring compliance, quality control, and timely delivery across engagements. Travel may be frequent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in tax leadership roles.
• CPA license required; pursuing or holding advanced certifications is a plus.
• Experience in a CPA firm or professional services environment is preferred.
