Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and help clients understand complex tax situations while leveraging Intuit’s full ecosystem of services.

You will engage with the local community to grow the client base and drive loyalty, participating in events and marketing efforts. This role requires onsite availability and a commitment of at least 20 hours per week,

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
