Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios while collaborating with a team of specialists across services.

You’ll act as a local ambassador, helping grow the client base and delivering end-to-end support using Intuit resources and marketing tools. Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on community impact are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software.
• Open to upskilling in bookkeeping/payroll and advisory services.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location during standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
