Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while growing a local client base.

The role emphasizes end-to-end service, cross-team collaboration, and active community engagement, with on-site hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location and pass training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business income.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end services.
• Build local client base and relationships through community outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
