Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You’ll perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert advice, while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will engage with clients in‑person and virtually, grow the local client base, and help connect customers to broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax services.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain professional demeanor in all client interactions.
