Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with a broad team of specialists to meet each client’s complete financial needs.

You will also grow the local client base and represent TurboTax in the community. This role emphasizes ongoing client relationships, local events, and leveraging Intuit resources to drive year-round

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and broad tax knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and other Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear guidance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure end-to-end Intuit service delivery.
