Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax advice and complete returns, while coordinating with a network of specialists to deliver a full Intuit experience.

You’ll build local relationships, grow client bases, and support community engagement through marketing tools and events. The role requires 20+ hours weekly and onsite presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
