Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex tax scenarios while collaborating with a broad team of specialists.

You will also drive local growth and community engagement to expand the TurboTax client base. The role emphasizes a full-service approach, lasting throughout the year, with opportunities to deepen relationships and cross-sell Intuit

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns experience per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Support complex tax scenarios and future tax planning.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in-person and virtually.
