Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex tax scenarios while building long-term relationships in your local community.

You’ll leverage Intuit tools to identify opportunities for additional services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, aiming to grow the local client base and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week; typical 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized tax guidance.
• Engage with clients in-person and via TurboTax video tools to ensure ongoing support.
