Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle-market and multinational clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters and act as a business advisor on tax matters.
• Consult on corporate and flow-through taxation, ASC 740, and related topics, coordinating with specialty tax practices as needed.
• Research tax matters, respond to IRS inquiries, and provide clear recommendations to clients.
