Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry-specific clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters with mid-market to multinational clients.
• Consult on technical matters in corporate and flow-through taxation, ASC 740, and related areas.
• Research tax matters, respond to IRS inquiries, and advise clients on recommendations.
