Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or law; advanced degree desirable.
• CPA or JD required.
• 8+ years of federal tax compliance & consulting experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience mentoring staff.
• Strong analytical, organizational and client service skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle-market to multinational clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters.
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, R&D, credits and incentives.
• Manage staffing, billing, and profitability targets.
• Develop business by networking and building client relationships.
• Pursue professional development through firm programs.
