Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team handling federal tax compliance and consulting for middle-market to multinational clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters.
• Consult on corporate and flow-through taxation, accounting methods, and ASC 740.
• Research tax matters, respond to IRS inquiries, and provide client recommendations.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, and R&D credits.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, and ensure profitability targets.
• Develop relationships internally and with clients to grow business.
• Support team development and participate in firm-wide learning programs.
