Responsibilities

• Be a trusted engagement team member providing federal tax compliance and consulting services.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters for middle market to multinational clients.
• Consult on corporate and flow-through taxation, ASC740 and related issues.
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries with recommendations.
• Supervise engagement staffing, billing, and profitability targets.
