Baker Tilly is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join its fast-growing advisory group. You will deliver industry-focused tax advisory and compliance services to middle-market clients and work closely with firm leadership to drive client success.

You will mentor and coach staff, lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters, and help develop the engagement team’s technical and professional skills while contributing to the firm’s upward career trajectory and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering federal tax compliance and advisory services for industry-specific clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters with middle-market to multinational clients.
• Research complex tax matters and communicate recommendations clearly to clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry specific clients.
• Be a valued tax business advisor, lead client relationships on day to day tax matters with various clients ranging from middle market to multinational.
• Consult on technical matters and special projects in various areas of corporate and flow through taxation, accounting methods, and ASC740.
• Research various tax matters, respond to IRS inquiries, and make recommendations to the client.
