Qualifications

• 8 years of experience CPA, Law License, Enrolled Agent
• 4-year degree required
• CPA or JD preferred
• 8+ years’ federal tax compliance and consulting experience
• 5+ years’ supervisory experience
• strong client service and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide federal tax compliance and advisory services to middle market to multinational clients
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters
• Consult on corporate and flow-through tax, ASC740, accounting methods
• Research tax issues and respond to IRS inquiries
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex matters
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, and profitability targets
• Develop staff and contribute to firm learning programs
• Support growth and client development initiatives
