Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting; master's or advanced degree desirable; CPA or JD required.
Five or more years of federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm.
Two or more years of supervisory experience; mentoring and counseling associates.
Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and project-management skills.
Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills; eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsabilités

Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financials for small business clients.
Review and analyze accounting records; provide analysis and consultation; communicate with clients.
Deliver exceptional client service; respond timely and accurately.
Lead and plan client engagements; evaluate processes and internal controls.
Provide recommendations for business improvements based on client operations and objectives.
