Baker Tilly is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join our growing Advisory Group. You will deliver federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle-market clients and work closely with firm leadership to drive business outcomes.

You will mentor staff, lead client relationships, and coordinate with specialty tax practices across state and international matters, while contributing to the firm's development and career opportunities.

Formación

• Experience with federal tax compliance and consulting.
• Ability to lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters.
• Strong tax research and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating with specialty tax practices.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry specific clients.
• Be a valued tax business advisor, lead client relationships on day to day tax matters with various clients ranging from middle market to multinational.
• Research various tax matters, responding to IRS and other tax authority inquiries, and make recommendations to the client for consideration.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complicated tax matters in the state and local, high net worth, international, research and development along with credits and incentives areas.
• Manage client engagement staffing, billings/collect.
