Guardian Tax Network in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sales Closer to handle proven, inbound tax resolution deals in a full-time, in-office role. You will close warm leads, control calls, and convert conversations into signed clients, with no cold calling and an uncapped commission structure.

Base pay is $18/hour with additional commissions; top earners reach six figures annually; join a supportive team with coaching, contests, and rewards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales in tax-related services.
• Ability to manage inbound leads and convert conversations into signed clients.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Close warm, qualified inbound tax resolution leads — no cold calling.
• Lead confident, controlled, and consultative sales conversations.
• Identify client needs and sell real tax resolution solutions (OIC, CNC, installment agreements, penalty abatement).
• Control the conversation and overcome objections without panic selling.
• Maintain urgency, confidence, and professionalism from first contact to close.
• Hit targets and contribute to a high-earning compensation structure.
