Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of phone sales experience required.
• Experience managing sales conversations from discovery through close.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to confidently present solutions and close deals.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment.
