Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on Tax Manager to lead the ASC 740 income tax provision and coordinate outsourced tax functions with external advisors. The role sits at the center of tax operations, ensuring accurate reporting and timely deliverables across federal, state, and local requirements.

The ideal candidate will manage audits, work closely with RSM and Avalara, and drive process improvements while supporting senior leadership on tax implications of business decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have ASC 740 income tax provision experience.
• Experience in C-Corp federal and state tax compliance.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4 / regional firms).
• Working knowledge of Avalara or similar sales tax systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual ASC 740 tax provision including current and deferred calculations, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Perform provision-to-return true-ups and variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
