Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site, hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering comprehensive tax solutions and building long-term relationships within the local community. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit services to offer end-to-end support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Assist clients in using TurboTax tools and resources for accurate filings.
