Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while engaging clients in person and virtually to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services, and help customers navigate complex tax situations with empathy and

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and represent TurboTax in local events and outreach.
• Connect clients with additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address broader needs.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for tax and financial planning needs.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location with flexibility to support customers in person and via video tools.
