Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join our growing local teams across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax prep, advice, and software support, while building a local client base and delivering end-to-end service. As part of the Intuit ecosystem, you will collaborate with tax specialists, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning experts to empower customers year-round.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold EA, CPA, or practicing attorney status with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals to establish long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours per week.
