Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and coordinate with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing resources to drive loyalty while expanding service offerings such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete training and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, personal and business tax situations.
• Lead local growth, identify prospects, and build a client base with community outreach.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Develop client relationships and deliver best-in-class service.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit marketing tools.
• Support ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
