Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice across personal and business taxes, while also growing the local client base and connecting clients to Intuit services. You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals, deliver end-to-end tax solutions, and participate in community outreach to build relationships and drive customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support both personal and business tax scenarios and plan for future taxes.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
