Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll provide comprehensive tax preparation, personalized guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service. Key responsibilities include hands-on tax advice, in-person and virtual support, and active community engagement to grow the local client base.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s with professional software.
• Some ability to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Engage in discovery sessions, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
