Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients and collaborating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while leveraging marketing support and resources to drive community prosperity.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns prepared per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill to include bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services) for year-round support.
• Deliver end-to-end client experiences in person and via Intuit tools and video platforms.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure clients leave with clear financial paths.
