Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building lasting relationships while delivering end-to-end service and cross‑selling Intuit solutions.

You will collaborate with tax specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure the best client outcomes, while growing the local client base and contributing to community initiatives.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week; hours may scale during peak season.
• Must complete training and development, including compliance and cross-training; additional requirements may be added by the company.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence, creating tax tips and educational content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and engage with events and partnerships.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem, connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll or financial planning services as appropriate.
• Build relationships with clients to turn one-time engagements into long-term partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients to achieve financial goals and utilizing TurboTax tools and platforms.
