Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, connect clients with Intuit solutions, and drive local growth while delivering end-to-end tax services both in person and via Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to grow into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; 20+ hours weekly; 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Must complete all training & development programs.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the customer base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in person and via video tools.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure clients leave with a clear financial path.
