Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver personalized tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax needs and connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

As a community ambassador, you will drive local growth, build trusted relationships, and participate in events with marketing support to expand the client base and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or equivalent tax credential preferred.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willingness to grow into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
