Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join a local TurboTax location. You will service in-person and virtual clients, providing tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists to deliver seamless, end-to-end experiences.

You will grow the local client base, lead outreach, and foster long-term relationships, using Intuit tools and training to help customers meet their financial goals year-round.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete TurboTax client tax returns, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem of services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients and provide ongoing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
