Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at a TurboTax location.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, client advisory, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end service. You will engage with local clients, grow the TurboTax footprint in your community, and participate in in-person and virtual sessions, using Intuit tools to maximize refunds

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, typically 20+ hours/week, with training.
• Must wear company uniforms and participate in branding/advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as needed.
• Build trusted relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay compliant and informed.
