Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax guidance while building lasting relationships with local clients and expanding Intuit’s services in the community. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships with clients to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
