Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, offer expert guidance, and collaborate with a team to connect clients with related Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

You’ll engage with the local community, drive client growth, and provide year-round support through tax season and beyond, ensuring a comprehensive, personalized client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Must hold an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
