Qualifications

• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and return preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and ensure client understanding of tax outcomes.
