Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service preparation at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll serve in‑person and virtual clients, collaborating with specialists to deliver end‑to‑end tax solutions and exceptional service. You will build a local client base, drive loyalty, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location; 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Bookkeeping, Payroll, Financial Planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with in-person and virtual meetings.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and ongoing client relationships.
