Intuit, Inc. seeks self-motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver expert tax advice, build client relationships, and collaborate with specialists for end-to-end service. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community through events, and leverage Intuit resources to expand advisory offerings such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Proven tax preparation expertise with ability to handle personal and business tax scenarios.
• Strong client relationship abilities and empathetic communication.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with in-office tax professionals to ensure accurate, end-to-end service.
