Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, serving clients in-person and virtually. You’ll build long-term relationships, grow the local client base, and connect customers to Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while upholding a high standard of customer

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location for at least 20 hours/week.
• Up-skill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Willing to wear uniforms and be used for advertising purposes.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, amendments and planning.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
