Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, serving both in‑person and virtual clients.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, build long‑term relationships, and connect customers to the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial

Qualificações

• EA or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax market share.
• Bridge client needs with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a seamless end-to-end experience with in-person and virtual meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
