Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax prep and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building strong relationships and guiding them through the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will actively grow the local client base, participate in community events, and provide personalized service that moves customers toward year‑round prosperity

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete required training and compliance.
• Uniforms provided; may be featured in marketing.
• Residence in the United States.
• State licenses/permits may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and trust.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
