Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks self-motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return prep, advice, and software support, collaborating with a broader team to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local client growth, and cross-training across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to serve personal and business tax needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
