Job summary

Intuit seeks highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert advice, and collaborate with specialists across Intuit to deliver end-to-end client experiences.

You will also grow the local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the local face of TurboTax. A strong tax background and willingness to upskill are essential.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as directed by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with using name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships with clients to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
