Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers with their tax needs.

You will work with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, and grow the local TurboTax client base while representing Intuit in the community.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax knowledge and laws
• Active PTIN required for tax filing
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds
• Lead discovery sessions and present tax planning guidance
• Engage with clients to understand their full financial picture
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach
